Metal Spinning
Pictured is one of our reproduction LC Tiffany pull
chain acorns. We make these 250 at a time, exactly as
the originals were made...(2 spun pieces locked
together), for one of our clients who travels the world
brokering Tiffany and Handel lighting. Just one
example of the unusual products we make, and
certainly the smallest in size.
All of our work is performed in our 2-story carriage
house/studio, packed to the rafters with spinning
lathes, sheet metal equipment, and thousands of
spinning forms.
We make 95% of our tooling in-house, often using
recycled spinning forms, saving our clients money in
the process. Currently, our maximum blank size is
40". You don't have to pay many hundreds of dollars
per hour shop time at a high-tech plant to have your
spinning work done to the very highest standards.
